I seen a car I liked took it for a test drive. I pointed out 3 things wrong with the vehicle and I said to sales rep that I would want them rectified before I would commit to but the vehicle. I was contacted a couple of days later and told the rep that I was waiting for confirmation on finance and would let him know. No further contact and the car seems to be sold without being told as not appearing on there website????? Welcome to Charles Hurst Northern Ireland folks! Absolute cowboys!
Due to misleading information the deal never happened. The vehicle had more owners than advertised and even though I specifically asked on 2 previous occasions for this to be confirmed and received an email that confirmed the car was one owner - at the point of finalizing the deal it was then confirmed that it was in fact 2 owners and the HPI that was done was actually correct. I discussed the possibility of a rate reduction as this changed the vehicle value and was offered a measly 200 off the deal which then no longer made it a good deal. The salesman was very difficult to get hold of and this process took over 3 weeks. My money was refunded and the salesman didn't really seem to care at all. Would I recommend any one to your group - exceptionally unlikely.
I found Sean most helpful when I bought my recent VW. He was most pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. He was proficient and courteous at all times. He was enthusiastic about the car (actually all cars in general!) and most knowledgeable. I had a couple of very minor queries after collecting the car and Sean dealt with them without fuss and without reminder. Recommended!
