A very happy customer this week after driving out in a new Corolla Design from Charles Hurst Toyota. A big thank you to Zara on helping me with this purchase. She had incredible knowledge of the model I had in mind and made the purchasing of a car an absolute joy. Honest and genuine sales skills and never pushy. This is now my second car from the dealership after my Yaris 4 years ago - a testament to their after sales care.

I bought a new Yaris Icon less than 2 weeks ago from Charles Hurst Toyota Boucher road. The air conditioning doesn’t work from the really first day. Something I wasn’t expecting from Toyota. They can’t find the issue. The sale looks more important then post sales. Post sale not very good at all. Not even an email with a apology. Very disappointed.
Very efficient and well up to date with technology. Staff very understanding and tolerant.
