I phoned the manager on Saturday and received an apology - finally got the money back yesterday 21/07/20! I ordered on line from Charghas on Saturday 11/07/20. I got an email accepting my order but within a minute I got another telling me my order was denied because they were too busy. Given this we ordered elsewhere. Later a guy arrived with our food from Charghas - I explained what had happened and showed him the email. His English wasn't too good so I wasn't sure he'd fully understood. He retired to his car then came back and explained that he'd phoned his boss and we'd get a refund. I assumed they would just cancel my payment but that didn't happen so I have now emailed them numerous times asking for a refund but I havent had a reply never mind a refund! This is now Thursday so I would have expected some communication by now. My bill was over 35! I have used Charghas before and had no complaint about their food but after this I certainly won't be using them again.
