Terrible, the man that I saw was rude called Mr Gilmore. He’d ask questions and then every time I went to speak he spoke over me and wouldn’t let me finish explaining (so how can he know what I fully mean if he doesn’t listen until I’ve finished) While I’m I’m filling out paperwork for my daughter he didn’t explain to me what he was going to do, he was explaining it to my child, and started grounding down her front tooth while explaining! He didn’t check with me first, knowing I was filling out paperwork to see if I was happy with this suggestion to help her tooth, he just did it anyway! It was only after that he said does this look okay that I then saw what it was he doing and by then it was too late! Do not see this man !!!!

Amazing dentist saw my daughter after a bad fall at school meant a badly bent baby tooth was causing her pain. He was fantastic and SO gentle. Really reassured her and made me feel very comfortable, telling us what was happening and why and showing my daughter her x-ray and giving her sticker too. A very positive appointment and a happy girl about seeing the dentist!
