My partner had appointment this morning at 11.30 receptionist phoned him to say running abit late 45 minutes later he is still waiting in his car came home then was phoned saying he could go in too late then. Now has to wait till 14th to go again. Dont think this is good.

I had my first appointment with Aurejius and a nurse called Carly. As I walked into the reception the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait very long. The dentist explained the treatment that could be done to save my tooth and gave me his professional advice. The treatment was professional and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this practice. Went back for a hygiene appointment. Once again staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are very good.

Had my first appointment since moving to Chard and my dentist is Ana. Had repair work and a gold crown fitted. No problems at all and i felt at ease with her straight away. Always happy to go through what the procedures will be and to raise a hand if not happy at any point. I think she is very good at her job and I am very please with my repair work and new crown. When I had booked both appointments, I got an email to confirm my appointment straight away and a phone message a week and a day or so before to make sure I can attend. I cant fault this Dental Practice?

Visited the dentist last week for an emergency appointment my filling had fell out and tooth cracked. Went in to the dentist and was told that I need the neves removed and then a dressing applied and make another appointment for tooth to be removed. When dentist started working I felt everything injected had not worked she was removing the nerve at the time and I was in so much pain she replied to me ‘what do you want me to do about it ‘ I said just finish so I can leave - dentist was so unprofessional and did not care about my tooth or pain. She told it it was all finished but next day I was in even more pain, paid to go private today to a brilliant dentist who informed me the nerves were not removed and my tooth dose not need removed he will rebuild the tooth. No more pain feel totally let down by this practice and other comments seem to be the same. The dental nurse here was so rude and unprofessional I will never visit this place again stay away people !!!!!
