Just had a pretty expensive (\u003e12!) XL chicken shish kebab wrapped up to take home. Got home and opened it and the paper was stuck to the pita bread. Not a huge problem but was kind of annoying having to carefully pick the paper off the pita, or out of my mouth, so thought I’d call to let them know that it would be helpful if this wasn’t the case. The manager was actually annoyed and said if I didn’t want it stuck then I should ask for it to be boxed. When I explained that I didn’t realise it would be like that he couldn’t see the problem. Unacceptable, will always use KB’s or Generous from now on as attitude was all wrong. Decent enough kebab, but service/ cost were both way off the mark. Shame.
Have been going here for years and normally it's really good. Ordered today and nearly 30 for 2 chicken and 1 doner which is just too much now, especially as the doner was stone cold. I appreciate the pandemic has hit a lot of buisnesses hard but I would have kept using them if they carried on being good value and good quality, now I'll be going elsewhere for a while.
Charcoal grill is always good . Staff are nice and friendly and always helpful and the food is always delicious cooked well and salad always fresh . Would definitely recommend!!
