I've used Chapman opticians for a while now, and there's no change in the service you get despite covid. Appointment times are kept to, examinations are thorough, and the staff are still just as friendly. A huge bonus is we have our glasses posted out to us now, and I love that (as a single mom, it saves an extra journey and a bit of my sanity). There's a good selection of frames to choose from, and the prices are really good.
My new glasses are amazing they are really great and fit perfect on my face they are comfortable and sit well on my face as well and the staff are really nice and lovely
Always been a pleasant experience at the wednesbury branch, but I've had of my children's eyes tested here this month and lockdown guidelines were followed in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you to all the team.
