In the current situation we were shocked that our sandwich was made with no gloves and the guy rubbed his nose and face twice . We didn’t spot any sanitiser either . We were told everything was vegetarian but then told the wrap on display was beef ! The wrap was decent in taste but for over 8 what a rip off . We asked for cutlery expecting something disposable but it was a mucky teaspoon . A big disappointment as it’s in such a lovely street :(

We had the most amazing lunch here yesterday, the food was delicious, all home made and perfectly cooked. Lovely atmosphere sat outside in the sunshine and the staff couldn’t be any more friendly and helpful, Georgina in particular. Well done #teamchaplais, we’ll be back soon!! Would highly recommend this fabulous bistro.
