I frequently use Chapharm Chemist and find them very helpful and friendly. On Friday 25th September I needed an urgent prescription for dressings for a leg ulcer, unfortunately my surgery had not forwarded the correct prescription to the chemist. I explained my problem to Tina, one of the staff, and also the the young man who was working preparing the prescriptions. They immediately came up with an alternative dressing which was perfect. I was quite stressed about this and also concerned but their actions solved the problem and left me with a stress free weekend. The surgery and also friends of mine all praise this chemist and the staff. A big thank you to all. David Jordan.

Freezing cold wait outside the chemist for a prescription. If we have to queue outside for service please make it a faster service.

I phoned the chemist this afternoon and the pharmacist who helped me couldn't have done more. I asked for a item that was out of stock and he went out of his way to order from multiple suppliers so I could get what I needed. 5 star service cannot fault them at all.
