Went here for a wellness exam and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor and have been especially scared of visiting any kind of clinical setting during the pandemic; however, planned parenthood did amazing job making feel safe and comfortable on site. The clinicians and staff were incredibly kind and great about answering all of my questions. It was easy getting scheduled online and, once there, I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, which is great because I hate sitting in waiting rooms. Very appreciative of everyone for making me feel at ease. I will definitely be returning for my annual visits. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

I scheduled a telehealth appointment for today at 210. I scheduled it because my local planned parenthood was filled up for today. Mind you, I scheduled it a few days ago to possibly getting birth control pills. Anyways, when I logged on to my appointment a few minutes before my appointment, I understand wait time may be a little late past the appointment but I have waited 40 minutes past my appointment and not one medical professional came on and talk to me. I was very disappointed and angry that I waited that long and no one came on. If this place was closed, they could have called or sent an email to reschedule. SO Disappointed

Takes over an hour to talk to the doctor for even a simple prescription filling. Also you give them your credit card information and they charge you but after couple of weeks you receive another bill which just makes things more difficult.

I came to have my birth control implant removed and had an amazing experience. Everyone was polite and professional, and the nurse-midwife removed my implant swiftly and painlessly.
