Friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere.
Building looks like its falling down, no where to park, OK trainers etc but always a bit sweaty inside to be honest. Not your fitness first type of gym, so if that's what you are looking for look elsewhere!
I liked it at one time but the treadmill you stare at the walls and all the equipment is close together
