I went here to look at this beautiful Jeep they had, and by the end of the afternoon, I drove it home. This is my second experience purchasing from a dealership, and my first one (with a different dealership, in a different state) was far from a good experience- but Jay Hatfield in Chanute was an absolute pleasure to buy from. My salesman was Mike Mcguire, and he was great- no pressure to buy, upfront about the vehicle and the buying process, and the finance department was incredibly helpful with answering questions about the loan process- and they got me a great interest rate! I would recommend Jay Hatfield to any of my friends, from my experience, if they're in the market for a new vehicle!

Excellent Service from Jim N. in the sales department. The team worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. They went out of the way to bring me the exact car I was looking for. Thank You
I had a key stuck in ignition issue in my 2015 Colorado. Todd Willis went above and beyond to get this issue resolved. I am so pleased with Todd and his dealership. When I eventually get a new truck I will definitely work with this great salesman Todd Willis! Thank you Todd!
Very friendly stuffs. Thanks Mike for showing us the nice vehicle. I would recommended for other people.
Friendly, fast auto service, combined with a great selection of used cars.
