Only one entrance is open on the side of BBC Radio Office. The support staff is courteous during this pandemic. The mall premises are regularly sanitized and kept clean.

Not a bad place for shopping, just remember that it used to be called Chapelfield, so you may need to update your maps. Also, if it says that there’s no parking, ignore that. Every time that I have visited, it has always said that both upper and lower car parks were full, yet there were ample spaces in the lower section.
A great location for shopping and eating due to the wide variety of stores and restaurants to visit! Social distancing needs to be enforced more effectively here as a number of people still do not understand social distancing or using the implemented ‘keep left’ system they have had since reopening from Lockdown 1. Despite needing more distancing and general rule check ups and monitoring, I will always return here for a good Xmas shop or when I need essential goods when needs be or for a general wander or browse, always nice to walk around in and see all the shops!
Busy and noisy as ever. Chain shops, nothing special, could be anywhere. Norwich has better niche shops outside of the malls. St. Bens and the market are great and offer unique, quirky exploration.
Good shopping centre well organised in these trying times but dont understand why the main block of toilets are closed
