I go to the annual Thornbury and South Gloucestershire Model Railway Exhibition here in November. The layout exhibitors traders and local volunteers are all very friendly and helpful. There are 2 fascinating very old 2 storey buildings separated by a small car park. I think there are only staircases access to the upper floor in both buildings so wheelchair access may be at ground level only. Apart from that the Exhibition is spread through several rooms is larger than one might expect and well worth a visit.

Fantastic firework display, really well organised and reasonably priced. Good range of drinks and hot dogs available too. Toilets and other facilities clean and accessible.
Went to the Thornbury and South Gloucestershire model railway club 52nd annual model railway exhibition. Great selection of layout's in various gauges and a good selection of trader's and refreshments were available as well.
This is one off the very first places I visited when coming to live in Thornbury in the early sixties. It's a very important venue for events and society club meetings. I visit often for various reasons. Plenty of car park spaces and a bar is available.
Thorn bury is a quite little town its very green and peaceful there
