Chantries Estate agents have been an excellent help with my move in process. I would highly recommend Chantries Estate Agents. The estate agents are very friendly and understanding, which was especially helpful to us as it was our first ever property move. The estate agent who handled our moving process was Clare Puttock, who was absolutely amazing. Clare was highly responsive and cooperative with us, making sure to inform us immediately of any updates with our tenancy. She went out of her way to help us and even offered us a second viewing in which she assured us that any problems we found in the property would be resolved, so I can not fault Clare in any way. I definitely would return to Chantries Estate Agents if possible for my future property searches.

We enlisted the services of Chantries & Pewleys to sell our home in Guildford towards the end of 2020 and we couldn't have been more impressed with the service we received. We worked closely with Gavin in their Guildford office on every aspect of our sale and he was very professional, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We were also endlessly impressed by his market knowledge and he even advised us when we came to him with queries regarding our search for a new home! Certainly Chantries' customer service was head and shoulders above most other agencies we came into contact with during our search! It could have been incredibly stressful trying to sell our house during the COVID-19 crisis and lockdown period but Gavin made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.

We bought a property through Chantries and Pewleys. They were very professional. Obviously they had sellers best interest in mind but throughout the transaction they were available, responsive and accommodating. And when some roadblocks appeared - as they always do, they were very helpful to resolve. Highly recommended.
