We went in for a test drive and looking to purchase a used QX80. We were extremely lucky that Chuck Vanderwall was there that night. He spent a couple of hours really taking the time to understand what we were looking for. Needless to say, he found us the right vehicle and thus the perfect vehicle for my wife and our family. Just purchased our fourth Infiniti and second from Chuck Vanderwall at Sheehy of Chantilly. Just a fantastic experience. I generally hate buying cars but Chuck is more like buying from a friend. Told him what we were looking for and we had a very simple discussion on price and trade in and we were done. Easy process, in and out with the new car in less than an hour. No surprises.
