Beyond what I expected, even for a Lexus dealership. The staff is truly first-rate. Knowledgeable, ready to accommodate, friendly - super professional from start to finish. And negotiation/price even better than what I was looking for. The facility is fantastic - different. There are various areas where you can deal with a salesperson in relative privacy. Kinda like there's a greatroom and smaller areas off that. Trophy case was impressive! A lot of awards for customer satisfaction . . . nice to see. And the customer lounge . . . I want to live there! A truly first-rate experience all the way around

I recently traded out a lease on my 2018 RC for a new 2021 IS 350. Seth Dryer from Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly has now sold me both vehicles and continues to make the car buying process smooth and easy! This most recent experience in particular was excellent. He completed all paperwork electronically, delivered the vehicle to my home, transferred plates and tags himself, and then took the old vehicle back to the dealership. The sale associates were very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not force me to purchase instead made sure they could provide me with the vehicle of my choice. The finance associate was very professional and helpful. He worked very hard to get me the best program in financing my new vehicle. Finally, when I walked out of Pohanka Lexus door, they had my beautiful Lexus \crowned\ with a beautiful red ribbon on the roof of the car!!

Great experience buying our new Lexus ES 350. We had pretty much decided on the model already, but David was very helpful in walking through all the options and showing us what they had. Purchasing process was very streamlined and effective. Facility is great. Highly reccomended!!
