I am currently leasing my fourth vehicle from this dealership. The customer service in every department of Pohanka Acura is top notch. The sales team and finance managers take their time and do whatever they can to get you in the vehicle you want, especially Ray. The service department is also one of the best customer service teams I ever witnessed. They are personable, timely and reliable. Even if they are not interested in Acura vehicles, I recommend this dealership and service department to everyone I talk about cars with!
I currently own 2018 Acura TLX and for the past 3 years, Pohanka Acura has been my choice to have my car maintained. So far, they have been fair and I am satisfied with there service. I don’t even make appointment and usually I have my car back within an hour and half. I do recommend Pohanka service.
Hello everyone and yes I would recommend this dealership to everyone ! It was my very first car buying experience and it was very pleasurable nevertheless. The staff was very polite and very professional. My salesman Nelson made sure I got a car , not the one I inquired about but it was something even better .
