Nice rec center in fairfax county. Very big parking lot which was empty because of covid. We went to the playground behind the building which was very nice. There is also a trail right next to the playground. Although it is a dirt trail, there are several benches and a bird watching station, and you can also connect with another paved path near the creek/stream.

Fairly large indoor pool with small spray area for little kids and a two long slides for older kids/adults. There is a wading area and a deeper side. The locker rooms are a good size and there are family changing rooms too. No need to bring a lock, coin lockers are available. You do need to bring your own towels. Safety vests are available free of charge. Plenty of lifeguards keep watch to ensure safety and there is a short break every hour. There is plenty of parking and it's free! I think the locker rooms and family changing areas could be a little cleaner. I also saw a lot of street shoes in the pool area which a lot of other indoor pools do not allow to help maintain cleanliness. I would come here again with my kids.

The pools are great! They don't overchlorinate the water or use tons of bromine like other rec centers. It is one of the few indoor pools where I can swim laps without wanting to claw my burning eyes out of my skull. The kid area and slides are pretty cool too, not a big water park but good for kids to play for a couple of hours.
