I've had a horrible experience working with Bay County Settlement working hand in hand with Century 21. They sent my commission check with USPS which is completely unacceptable, especially considering that they sent the check to the wrong address. In my experience, I have always had my checks overnighted by the title company and through a postal service like UPS or FedEx that allows for better tracking. They promised a check would be overnighted yesterday and that I would receive a call in regards to my check as well. However, I've not received either the check or call and they didn't even provide me with a tracking number so I can look into this myself. I would not refer or recommend their services to any of my friends working in real estate.

Century 21New MILLENNIUM, Chantilly location is the best real estate brokerage in Northern VA. I have the experience of working with several different agents in that location and they were all very knowledgeable, professional, and so eager to assist me with my selling my quickly! In addition, the manager and reception at the front office is the BEST staff I have ever experienced at brokerage. I highly recommend this location.
