Everything went smoothly - checked in at the gate, directed to a space when available. The two council workers were very helpful when needed.
The booking system wasn't as bad as I feared. There was a long queue, but wasn't as long as some pre-covid queues that were kind of ridiculous. I kind of like the new system, it makes it all a lot less hectic.
It might have been helpful to note online that the site was closed indefinitely. I made a special trip to recycle and wonder what we're supposed to do with our garbage now? I have no space and accumulating waste is a health hazard. Please open for even limited hours and allow limited numbers in at once?!
This is far better system than it used to be, keep it.
