We find B and B Hotels excellent value and comfort. We have stayed in a few and have never been disappointed. We recommend for good value, excellent cleanliness and comfort. The parking, so far, has always been free and secure. Very happy with the lighting and the internet connections. The showers have always been hot and strong. Very good bed linen and decent pillows.

The hotel is basic but very good value for money. I would have liked to have some fresh fruit for breakfast (even if it meant paying extra for it) and the choice of cereals was poor. Otherwise the food was adequate. A glass screen would be preferable to a curtain for the shower as the water sprayed out and soaked my bath mat! Overall my stay was great. Thank you - I would come again.
The hotel is very affordable, located in close walking distance from the Laval Virtual Center. The room is small but well equipped, the only thing that I was missing was a water cattle. The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was too isolated, was a bit hot even in cold weather.

Easy proceedure to book and stay as arrived after midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. We would recommend in the future.
The room was very clean. Reception was friendly. Hotel is very far from the centre. Shower was good but there was a problem with the drain water. Breakfast was one of the worse I had.
The hotel was a convenient stop off for us to attend the Moto GP at Le Mans. Easy access and a good choice of restaurants the evening prior. The only reason we didn't have breakfast was due to the early start as we have always found them good value in the past.
I have used this chain for many years and they consistently provide clean rooms, secure parking in convenient locations near major routes
