Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. It was a debarcle from start to finish. 8-weeks into \trying to Purchase\ a Buy to Let Property' we pulled-out. Expense to us of course, as Searches already completed. Vendor selling with AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) & the Tenants insitu, who were obstructive when maintenance required or our Mortgage Company tried to arrange a Valuation Survey. Communication was poor, should have been straight forward, it was stressful. After 8-weeks of chasing our Solicitor had ONLY received 10% of paperwork. *Something definitely was NOT quite right here* No apologies, or any form of response from Changing Home Estate Agent, ie no communication. Unprofessional & very disappointed & frustrating.

Andrew Harding was beyond brilliant. I had a protracted sale process during which everything that could go wrong to slow up the legal process did - through no fault of Andrew and Changing Homes, my process took over 4 months - Andrew tirelessly continued to keep it going, be pro-active, to chase where he could and most importantly kept me (overseas) informed at all times.
