My company Finlock Guttering Solutions UK Ltd have used Chandlers for many years and always had good service from them but I must say hats off to Neil and the team as dealing with Covid-19 cannot be easy. We have had more local work recently and had three deliveries which I can say their service is first class and even down to the drivers they have been excellent. Ordered lead flashing for my kitchen extension and they did not deliver it but I signed without checking trusting the driver. He showed me the delivery docket immediately for signature. It was NOT delivered and then did NOT refund me the money despite not supplying the products I paid for. Please always check the items before signing the delivery docket no matter how much the driver pushes for a quick signature.
0 star Not Good service and staff member are not educated and staff need training for how to deal with customer .
