At State seal, waited 30 min for someone to come out. They said they could match them, give them a couple of days. After 7 days of, I'll get it done, tomorrow... strung out for 7 days, I asked for my seals back 7 days later, poor return of emails and voicemail. Took 2.5 more days to get the seals back, when I told them I needed to pick them up State Seal kept 2 pieces of equipment down for 9 days due to lack of action on their part. On the way back to shop, stopped at Martin Fluid Power, Phx, there was no line waiting (I have been there when i have had to wait with 3 people on the counter)... 5 minutes later from walking into the store, I leave with the seals I needed, 2 shaped C cup seals, 1- two part seal, and a Teflon square seal. The 5 min included, me telling them these are for hydraulic rams... she identifies, pulls from stock, quotes out and i pay for... 5 min total. Amazing. Reasonable price for matching. 1 she could not match one and knew it as soon as she saw it.
Staff are terribly rude, wouldnt consider doing business with these people if my life depended on it
