I went here for a second opinion and expected only an exam but they cleaned my teeth too on the same visit (and I really needed it.) The visit took only an hour which was surprising given I haven't had my teeth cleaned by a dentist in years. Compared to the other dentist office I visited these people are total angels. I would trust them with my teeth, they showed me they care more about my comfort than milking my dollars.

This is my third year with this dental office. Doctors are fine, hygienists are too but they changed a lot, I had three for past three years. I was very upset with receptionist today. I get like she was trying to get rid off me as soon as possible. I was trying to schedule an appointment for filling cavities and get my treatment estimate plan. Thanks god after 15 min, she was able to schedule, all the time confusing me and other patient whom was staying behind in line. She printed finally treatment plan, I signed, after what I figured out it is not even me. She gave papers wrong patient to me. So unprofessional and break in hippaa privacy. After all this, she just got all annoyed and told me ,, today is such day., (what such day, you can’t make basic function at work then please stay at home, leave place to people whom is able to work). In result, I left office with promise that I will get my treatment plan by email which still I didn’t get
Got a very bad toothache and couldn't sleep one night, called them and they had me in within 2 hours and then it only took them like 45 minutes to pull 2 teeth for me. Dentist was also very caring and made sure I was numb all over before proceeding. Price wasn't bad being that I don't have dental insurance either.
First off I truly do not like going to dentists or doctors for that matter, nothing personal just how it is for me. I called yesterday as a brand new client in pain with a cracked tooth clearly needing some work done. As soon as I walked in I was met with a pleasant and accomodating check in staff and then brought back to figure out and fix what was wrong. Dr. Heaton met me to discuss my options, put my \dental anxiety\ to ease and got me in and out within a couple of hours. I got a root canal which sucks sure, but they had a tv on the ceiling above the chair I was on and provided headphones to listen to it which 100% helped. I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I felt so comfortable at the dentist. Thanks for the great treatment highly recommend
