This place is the worst. My husband was scheduled to check in with his primary doctor about his CT scan. He came in and they don’t have the report and they don’t have a copy of the CT scan. They said they will get a copy of the CT when they scheduled him 10 days before his appointment. It was a waste of time. My husband took time off for this. It seems like they don’t care and respect their patient’s time. If you are looking for quality care go somewhere else.

Worst office I have ever spoken to in my life. I regret ever coming to this office to begin with. Good luck getting prescriptions renewed during a pandemic!

I have been a patient with this office for about three years. I have never had any issues with my care. The front office girls are very quick to get you in and the PA, Michelle Yoo is the best! I've recommended my boyfriend and family members to go here, and now they are both patients.

Worst doctor's office I have ever been to!! I initially called to schedule a physical exam, and I asked if this could be done since I would be a new patient (my insurance fully covers annual physical exams). They told me that would be fine, so I went ahead with the appointment. I filled out the pre-existing conditions paperwork that they gave me. The doctor asked me questions about the conditions I had listed on there, which I explained and said that I had them for years. I got my lab referral for blood test and left. A month later I received a bill in the mail for ew patient\ exam, which was about 175 (after insurance). I called and said there was a mistake and that it was an annual physical, but they explained to me that the doctor \diagnosed\ me (with my already existing conditions). I asked to speak to the billing department and they didn't answer so I left a voicemail, never received a call back. I called my insurance company to try to dispute this, and they said they would call Presidio to try to fix it. They never received a call back from Presidio either. I would be very careful if you go here to ensure you do not get charged for things you should not be charged for. I ended up paying the bill, which I do not agree with at all. They are very misleading, and I feel like they took advantage of me for money. I wish I had listened to the previous negative reviews before going.

Was given lab results by the MA Wendy on a Thursday (8 days after labs were done). She said the dr wanted me to repeat the labs in 2 weeks and I had follow up questions for the doctor about my results. I was told the dr was only in on Wednesdays and she would follow up. I found it concerning that I would have to wait 6 days for my questions to be heard by the dr. I never received a call/voicemail back. Today (11 days after my conversation with Wendy) I called to see if I needed to schedule the labs. Wendy read notes from the dr that said I should disregard the results and not redo the labs. I told her it was very concerning that I had to call to get this information. She then said she called me twice but could not leave a voicemail. I had no missed calls from them and I flat out told her I did not believe her as I was obtaining voicemails from other parties. She then said she assumed I would just call her back. I Pointed out that it would make no sense for me to call her back if I didn't receive a voicemail from her. She offered no apology and just repeated that I should disregard the labs. This is very poor customer service for any patient, but especially a patient who is brand new to the practice.
