Beau was respectful, courteous, and wasn’t pushy at all. He wore his mask and booties the whole time he was in my home and made sure to not damage the drywall with his ladder. He was very genuine and thorough with his explanation of things. He listened to all my concerns and gave me amazing options to fit my needs. He did not once make me feel pressured. It was not just a sale for Beau, he actually cared about my situation. Thank you Beau, and thank you Climate Pro! 10/10

As always, the service from Climate Pro was excellent. They have serviced my air conditioner and gas furnace for many years. I have a home warranty company that was giving me the run around for 5 days. I was in a hotel as Phoenix was having the hottest summer on record!Finally, they agreed for me to have Climate Pro fix my air conditioner and send them the bill. I called Climate Pro on a Saturday and the receptionist called Tim, their problem solver. He was so wonderful! He told me to just relax and he would take care of everything. And he did! He dealt with my home warranty company, sent out a technician, and had my air condition cooling my house by mid afternoon! James was great! First of all, he wore shoe coverings in my house so he didn't get anything on my carpet. Secondly, he was so knowledgeable about ac units and ventilation. He explained everything very well and gave me some solid advice for future services. Lastly, he was a pleasure to chat with; very down to earth and sociable. It felt like a friend was stopping by. I hope my future ac/heating service will be just as good as this one. Thanks again!
My husband already wrote a review and I wanted to share a picture of your happy truck outside my house. As a first time homeowner replacing an A/C unit for the first time can be scary! You took that fear away and treated us like family. Our home is the center of our universe, thank you for treating it like your own. I would highly recommend Climate Pro for all of your air conditioning needs. We had a brand new AC Unit installed a few weeks ago. They arrived on-time, were very professional and courteous, keep our house clean, and informed us of every step in the process. After the unit was installed they informed us of the next steps and they were all followed through. Thank you very much Climate Pro for making this a positive experience.
