The food was amazing!!! It was our first time eating here. The waitress was very helpful and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted so many choices. When we got done eating we went over by the treats and decided to get some to go. We chose the fruit tart and a large Eclair. We told the lady it was our first time eating here and she went and boxed up some other treats for us to try. We will definitely be going back again.

We hadn't eaten here in over a year and decided to get breakfast takeout on New Years day. Chompies has never let us down and I was impressed that quality and portion size hasn't changed with the pandemic (like it has at many other restaurants.) We introduced our 8 year old to the Jewish breakfast sliders, tried the stuffed french toast and had a delicious skillet. So so good!
They were understaffed and the wait was a little long but the food is terrific! The staff was polite, even though they were running like crazy trying to keep up with the customers. The serving sizes are enough to feed 2 people off of one plate, and OH! So many goodies in here!! We (party of 6) arrived around 6 p.m on a Thursday, but only waited about 15-20 minutes for a table. Definitely a must-try if your in the area!!
Service was pretty slow. I had 2 bites left of my food before we were checked on to see if our meals were fine. The food was good as usual. I will add if you get the Chompies French toast I hope you really love fried food. You could taste the oil it was fried in big time. We couldn't finish it between the 2 of us.
Another amazing meal at my favorite New York restaurant, deli and bakery in AZ. This time I chowed down on the most amazing Yummy Stuffed French Toast!!! It was so delicious. The outside was so delicately crispy and the middle so creamy. Oh and don't forget to get EXTRA whipped cream. To take home I got an order of the fabulous potato salad and a bowl of vegan pea soup. I'm still not convinced that there isn't some ham in there 'cause it sure taste like it!!! It is THAT good. Joy was a joy as always (THANK YOU...you know what for [check the eyebrows and the head nod]). So yummy!!! Make it your destination.
