Due to being a higher risk of complications from my type one diabetes the jury duty office told me to have a letter sent from my doctor excusing me from jury duty. After speaking with the office manager she informed me that if she did it for me she would have to do it for everyone. Said maybe 10 people asked in the last month or so. She said everyone else has to go through it, and she wouldn't have the doctor send an exemption letter which was only asked of them due to the current times of Covid. With her tone, and thought process this business clearly doesn't care at all about patients health and being burdened to send a fax which will take 5 minutes is too much effort for someone that is at a higher risk of complications if I got Covid. They also order tests to be done that are not covered by insurance due to ot enough medical evidence\ behind the tests they ordered even though they tell you it's covered by insurance.

Was told I would get a call back from a different doctor as I could not get ahold of mine. It was scheduled for between 130 and 230. Never heard from anybody.I Called back at 3 and was told I was next in line for the tele visit never heard back. At 410 I called back and was asked to be put on a brief hold. 40 minutes of holding I hung up and called back and in went into after hours recording. They put me on hold and went home for the day. I've gotten better service at taco bell. Extremely unprofessional. This went on through out the day. Very very disappointed.

If you go to this Doctor you going turn around and find another Doctor. She is very incompetent and doesn’t know what she is talking about. Took my fiancé there for her appointment and meet with this so called Doctor and actually in shock when she began to talk. Rude, to the bone and all she wants is your money. I would of given her -10 if I could but had to give one star to give this review. Save time and fine another Doctor.

I’ve been going to Chandler Endocrinology for over three years for hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto. I highly recommend them. Dr. Belitsky did an outstanding job monitoring my thyroid while I was pregnant. In the first year I’ve been going to this office returned phones did take awhile, but there’s been major improvement in the staff. Very knowledgeable doctor and courteous staff.
