My first visit at Body Restoration Medical Massage Clinic won't be my last. The clinic was comfortable, relaxing and therapeutic. Cassie was professional and used techniques that resolved pain I was having in my upper back and shoulders. Cassie is knowledgeable about massage therapy and is absolutely the best massage I have ever received.

So disappointed with this person she initially cancelled my appt because she said she thought she was in labor.....ok no problem even though I drove 45mins to get there I totally understood. She said to contact her in Jan which I did and made an appt with her and had it confirmed by email and then I am sitting outside her room and I get a message that she cancelled it.....after I drove 45 mins each way again which she was well aware of.....unreal and totally unprofessional ......she was even there as the other people in other stores told me they had just seen her. I have no idea why someone would do that but she was prepaid for this service so she has taken my money and I have received no service. I have sent several messages via phone and text and last week she was responding all of a sudden no response. So beware ......she told me last week she had a new phone number which is another lie because the same number was on all her cards, her website , her door. Will be reporting to massage board and BBB. Update I was refunded on 1/19/17 apparently it was another person refunded in sept ....which would make sense as my appt was not until Oct originally which was cancelled and my 2nd appt was Jan 18.
