Chancellors - Finchley Estate Agents

I have been so impressed with Chancellors. They are highly professional and extremely responsive yet friendly. I have been a tenant for several years now and have moved around quite a few times and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. Throughout the viewing and rental application process Ty at the Finchley branch called me everytime I had a query and was very helpful. Leah at Central Lettings was very efficient in helping me through the tenancy agreement questions I had. Overall I cannot fault Chancellors and highly recommend them.

After checking almost all the online websites for months, we couldn't find a property before someone takes it. The properties they have are reasonable but the agents are so bad . Once they get hands on your money then not much of help for the tenant. They don't respond to any queries on time but expect us to be fast if they want something. It gets worse once we start interacting with the back office team. My husband and myself had a truely stressful time to secure a property we loved.
