We're in the process of moving back to Wales and looking at a range of properties. Tim at Chancellors has been incredibly helpful in identifying a number of appropriate places using our fairly specific criteria. Interestingly he's stuck exactly to that criteria and not deluged us with completely inappropriate houses i.e. he's listened to us. Unfortunately we now have to go into rented as my buyer wants an early completion date, but we will continue to liaise with Tim and I'm confident he'll find the right property for us over the coming months. Excellent level of customer service and communication.

I was unlawfully descriminated by this rental company some 4 years ago because of my status of being in receipt of income support; though I had some 30k within my bank I was informed by the lady within store in a unapologetic way [to quote her, \that no DSS are accepted!
