The Sales team were great, and the third viewing turned into a sale. However my sale was then passed on to another team who never contacted me when promised, did not update me on what was happening and did not even confirm completion had happened. Overall I would not recommend the company.

Callum and Richard have been very helpful and professional in helping us finding a new rental home and putting our offer through for the property. They kept us constantly updated throughout the whole process. We were impressed with the speed our property was let out and the monthly rent achieved was higher than we were hoping for. Abi-Leigh was very efficient in quickly securing the tenants and communicating with us. So far everything is going through smoothly. The team have all been easy to contact which we hadn't found with our previous letting company.
