We initially booked for Chamonix. Instead they informed us at office arrival we have to go to Passy (20 mins away from city center). When we arrived we were placed with a group of young student in a very shallow river. Disappointing experience and misleading information from management!

Brilliant set up with great people
Great fun. Would have liked to have done more work but for beginners was a great session. Lasted ages on the water with some good bumps and guide was a real good bloke. Bilingual. Supply everything you need just rock up with a towel.
Very good rafting, the guides are nice and it was a big fun
Completely new to rafting, and had a fantastic time. We were 2 families of 3 (1 X French and 1 X English) plus our guide in the raft - who conversed in both languages. A very safe environment, 2 kayakers leading / following as necessary for safety. Awesome fun, can't wait to have another go. Good clean kit, good instruction, well organised, and plenty of humour. Thanks guys.
We've been there for a rafting with 4 kids. The landscape was really beautiful, in the bottom of the Mont Blanc and nearby the Chamonix area. But the tour was too fast, we didn't jump in the water (\too cold\ , the guide said, despite the fact that we saw other groups jumping in the water). The rafting was categorized afting action\ ( medium, as opposed to \family/easy\ or \challenging/difficult\) , but was really really easy, too easy. No need to row at all. The stream was strong enough. We stopped in the middle of the river, in some corner, but there was a weird odor of mire and we left very quickly. There was another group of tourists after us and our guides wanted to be on time so we were under the impression he just want to complete the round and to return us to our car... Quite disappointing. Dont recommand it in these conditions ( our rafting was in mid-august, but after the big wave of tourist, according to our guide)
