Good service from knowledgeable staff in several sections of the store. Super advice from chap working with automatic gate closure mechanisms and great help from everyone in the shed sales section - they wouldn't load a self-assembly shed onto my Range Rover's roof bars because it was too heavy so we had to hire a pick-up truck which they had immediately available. Thanks guys, you saved me from breaking my Range Rover

The kitchen styles were poor.(especially compared with Leroy Merlin Spain). I found it hard to find anyone to ask for help/information..

Not enough staff. It took over 1 hour from entering the store to leaving with 1 box of tiles. The store was not very busy. Both members of staff in the tiling department were helping people design their bathroom not sell products. Terrible service. Never again

Too expensive and MUCH too busy. It does however have everything you could need for DIY. The staff can be brilliant or awful, depending on who you get. One star because it's so busy.
