Great spot ! Had a flat on the bike path far from home, they took my bike in right away, fixed it up and ready to ride back home! Friendly staff all of them, super polite and very accommodating ! Special thanks to Romain St-Pierre who fixed the flat quickly while giving all kinds off great infos on electric bikes

So I bought a new bike from this store on may 9 2020 today I went back to the store to buy a new seat cause I didn't like the one I have. I waited outside for an hour with my 5 year old. When it came our turn to enter the store we were told we could not go in to get the seat and to call and make an appointment. Then the employee turned to the woman behind me and helped her instead. Even after pointing out that I just bought a bike i was still sent away.
