I wish I could leave a zero. No compassion for those of us suffering from mental illnesses. I was billed for services I did not receive, and the billing director was very rude in saying they would not provide me with further services until I paid my balance—again, for services I did not receive! Contacted my husband behind my back and shared information about the content of our sessions without my permission (the release I signed for him was only to share appointment times, not content of the sessions). Dr. Pope was the only saving grace about this practice; since she left, I will not be using them again. The pattern of unprofessional behavior is extremely disappointing.

The owner Dawn told us we could not come back and to find other services for obeying there 24hr law for cancelling...however they told us to go else where because we didn't call way before that and the therapist said she wouldn't cancel and now our son has to go without a therapist and a psychiatrist and we need to find one quick for my disabled son who is suppose to be changing meds and can't now because in mid change they tell us to not come back because we obeyed their law...

This office clearly shows the lack of compassion they have for their patients. We drove an hour and a half to get here for an \intake\ appointment that was just paperwork before we were allowed to schedule a doctor's visit. On the morning of our actual visit, we received a phone call at 8:45 AM telling us the doctor was sick today. We were ready to walk out the door. What doctor waits until almost 9:00 to inform their office they aren't coming in to see patients that day? We were given another appointment over TWO weeks later! That is punishing your patients for your lack of care. I should have trusted the previous reviews. Their ew\ doctor (who we were scheduled with today) appears to follow the pattern of their \old\ doctor who also doesn't sound like he bothered to see his patients. Dangerous practice with people's emotions. Please go elsewhere for decent, kind, and compassionate care. You won't get it here.

Now I may be a little off the rocker here, but I've NEVER had an issue with this office. I get back what I put in: Courtesy, Patience, Understanding, Flexibility, and the list goes on. I've been going here for almost three years now and have met with problems not of their doing and despite this, they have worked with me on resolving the issue. From the kind people in reception to the professional and helpful therapy and psychiatry they offer. This is the only place I've had contact me when there is an issue that may complicate my next visit in hopes of seeing it resolved. I cannot attest to the experiences others have had here, but I apologize if their review makes your nervous about going here. Give Momentum a shot, this may be the place that helps you make Progress.
