Chalgrove Care and Nursing Home

We as a family have nothing but praise for the lovely staff at Chalgrove, they have made life easier for us by supporting mum (Pamela) when we can’t especially since March 2020 when COVID-19 stopped our 2-3 visits a week. It has been hard, but the staff have always kept us up to date with everything that’s been going on with mum’s health and planned visits. The staff spend quality time with mum as she loves to hear about their lives and family, it makes her feel valued and part of the Chalgrove ‘Team’. Mum is happy to be living there, loves her room and the excellent food.

I am writing to thank each and every one of the wonderful staff at Chalgrove for the exceptional care, kindness, help and support shown in looking after my father whilst in your care. Also for making us, his family, feel so at home during our visits and especially your comforting support towards the end of my Dad's life. Thank you for your kindness - it really meant a lot.

When Ma moved to Chalgrove we hoped that she would be loved and cared for and our wishes came true with the wonderful staff who got to know J and made her happy and comfortable. I want to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for looking after our mother, grandmother and sister.

Chalgrove cared for my husband for 4 and a half years until he passed away. They were very good caring people. The best was Jane who came and spent time with him after he passed and was upset.
