Situated in the lovely historical village of Hingham, the Chalfonts tea room is deceptively large, however it only has a couple of tables that are wheelchair accessible, the remaining being accessed via a small set of stairs. The food is good, reasonably priced and delivered with a smile. Whilst they don't by any means specialise in food allergies and intolerances, they are more than willing to work with you to change dishes where possible. I went for the full English, modified to be suitable for my dietary requirements and I can honestly say it was absolutely lovely of a really good portion size!!
Typical English cafeteria with a great variety of food either breakfast or Lunch. It offers English breakfast ( vegetarian option available).Cakes, smothies, panini, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, fish and ships. Also, great variety of hot or cold drinks, among others. I have added some photos where you can have an idea not only how the place looks but also some part of the menu and the cakes that this place offers. The service is ok and the prices are not cheap but not very expensive either. Típica cafetería inglesa con desayuno y platos ingleses.Tienen gran variedad de tortas típicas inglesas, de limón, chocolate, de café entre otras. El lugar es agradable, no es barato pero tampoco caro. En las fotos que he publicado puedes ver parte del menú y sus precios.
