Food was great quality and considering the restaurant, reasonably priced too. Conveniently located close to tube and attractions and nice hotel for the verve. Thoroughly recommend this place!

Always a great place to stop for some tea
Standards have dropped a little, tea or coffee isn't as nice as it used to be just basic. Someone's taking a phone order but there's a queue of people waiting and the girls are all nattering away in the back instead of taking some orders. Basic
Very poor service, told us to wait for 20mins in the car as tea was being freshly made. waited half an hour and was then told 2 more mins, in the meantime they served 10 other people. eventually got out chai after 35mins with no apology what so ever for the delay.
Very nice food place always go to the rochdale one instead as they have a lot of seating, but since we not allowed to eat in im here haha, there is no parking which is a bad thing, but the food is great and service is great too apart from missing one item from our order but was quickly rectified. Thank you for the nice staff and food
