We had our dinner here while visiting the area. Loved the concept of the street food. Our food was freshly cooked and it was fantastic. Brilliant service and owners cant do enough for you. First ever indian restaurant I came across which allows dog. Thank you we will visit again.

I meant to photograph the food to show how tasty it looks but I made the mistake of having a quick bite and just kept going. So here’s a pic of my empty plate. If you want to see how good the food is, and how friendly the owners are, you’ll have to come in for yourself. Loved the healthy options, wide ranging menu and obviously fresh ingredients. The Masala Chai is a great winter warmer. Also check out the profiteroles which are just enough to be a nice extra treat at the end of a meal. This place may just be one of the best reasons to go to Ashington.
Second time of having the pleasure of eating here. The owners are wonderful and their food is fantastic. Such a unique style of street food and menu. Very different to the regular restaurants and takeaway food that you will find on the high street. Can't argue with price or portion size and you know from the presentation and taste it's been freshly cooked and prepared with pride.
I visited Chai Gali for lunch with my brother It has a very welcoming ambiance and an exciting menu. The choice of food offered ranges from light snacks to generous meals all made from scratch in house with locally sourced fresh ingredients. Few eateries can make that claim. I'll be back again soon with friends and family.
Went to the opening day today.. lovely deco, friendly staff & a amazing menu. All food was very fresh & extra tasty. Just what ashington needed.
