Had to wait a while with no staff on the desk approx5 mins, then walked round to goods out and asked a member of staff for help at front desk, she said they on the phone and know your waiting (few more mins). What would of been nice is a greeting and just say they're busy and they will be with you or something like this.. After that the chap behind the desk was helpful and was on my way soon after

Stood in reception for around 10 mins no one else in there not a single member of staff came to ask if I needed any help staff outside smoking and drinking coffee
Always willing to help. Good parts, not cheap rubbish .
Quick service. Only wanted a bulb but that wasn't a problem for them. They knew which I needed and had it it stock.
