Highly recommend Certified. They came out the next day after I called them, and did a quick and efficient spring replacement. More impressively, when they accidentally overcharged my credit card (honest mistake and I didn’t catch it), *they* called me a couple days later letting me know what happened, and issued a refund for the overcharged amount. Honest integrity. That’s the type of company I want to do business with.

Our garage door was a lot of years past fixing so when it stopped working again Monday evening we started looking around for a few places to call. We called Doug Tuesday morning, he came out two hours later and our new garage door was installed this morning and at a very reasonable price. He saved us a lot of money and was very knowledgeable. There are a lot of door companies out there. And running a automotive shop with 5 bay doors we have used a lot of them. Since we have met the crew at certified overhead door we will use nobody else. Their customer service and pricing are stellar and top notch. We have referred them many more customers, and all of our employees have used them for jobs at their own homes. Customer service is a dying art these days but not at certified overhead door bravo to them!

I purchased two doors after the wife knocked our old door off the rails and bent it up. Certified provided excellent service, a good price and they were nice people. These guys went beyond what was expected and agreed to. I'd strongly recommend them.
