Lori Coyne at Century 21 went above and beyond to help find my new home. She is professional with an outgoing personality which made me enjoy my home shopping experience. We drove all over to find the right house. Lori was more than helpful and courteous. She made sure I was satisfied and happy. There were some hiccups along the way but Lori was graceful and patient with me through the whole process and made sure that I would not just settle for anything when I became frustrated. She crossed all the t's and walked me through every single process. I will definitely use Lori for my next home purchase. Lori is awsome and I'm happy that she helped me. I love my new place. Thank you Lori and Century 21 team!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The staff out of this office has very poor customer service. One of their agents sold me my house which was left in an awful state (absolutely disgusting and not broom swept) and did not follow through on their word when they said they would help out with getting it swept.Their lock box was left at my house for almost 2 months after we reached out to have them pick it up. When we finally got into contact with an agent (not the agent that sold the house to us..but now the agent who was taking credit for selling the house), we were threatened that she would send her lawyers after us if we wrote a review (WOW). I called the office to let them know this was happening and I did not get a phone call back for 3-4 days...which happened to be the day I sent an email to their Corporate office. This is the WORST real estate office I have ever come in to contact with. I DO NOT recommend working with them.
