Pode fazer-se uma visita à pé, a volta do moinho, com paisagens magníficas. Tem também um clube de remo, um circuito de manutenção. Enfim, a zona está recuperada e muito bonita! Excelente local para passear!

Que legal conhecer parte da historia de Portugal ou melhor o passado da Europa para moer os grãos,
Um pouco de história, sobre os moinhos e a moagem. Aprendi algumas coisas, desconhecia a existência de tantos moinhos. Alguns já desaparecidos. Teria aprendido muito mais, se tivesse sido assessoria de quem sabe.
É um dos sítios mais bonitos de Lisboa Jardim do Torel.

Very nice little museum. The employee was helpful, knowledgeable and nice to us. Though, the museum could be a little bigger with more content and the air conditioning should be fixed - it was too hot inside. And that's the reason for 4 stars only...
Interesting visit where one is prety well introduced and tought how mills work with the power of the tide. The explanation concerns much larger ones and how to get there and enjoy their special scenery. Start your visit to Barreiro at oficio do turismo on the arrival by ferry boat and be instructed to visit the town. The mill is high part of the trip
