Was at bone fish this evening with my family for my 30th birthday and were seated in an area of the restaurant near the bar. There was a obnoxious group of people that were drunk. When I spoke to Nicole the manager she was very polite and professional and explained she understood that the group was obnoxious and offered to take care of the meal for us and to move us from that table to a dinning room seating area. I noticed after that, that the group at that table where they were drunk had simmered down after I can only assume they were spoken to about their behavior. Our server who’s name escapes me was a very nice young lady she was very sweet and kind and understanding. I would like to thank her and Nicole for their service and understanding. Will definitely be returning to this location and asking for the same server
Bonefish grill was one on my list since a long time. I visited it just this weekend, my experience was amazing. The server was really sweet and helpful, she helped us chose the right dishes since it was our first time to bonefish. PS: please try bang bang shrimp it’s absolutely delicious. Loved their dessert too, the brownie option was mouthwatering and filling. I definitely would recommend this place.
Great service, my carryout order was on point. All the correct sauces included. Food went past our expectations. While waiting inside the Centreville location i saw they followed covid expectations, yet there was a nice ambiance in there.
