Since I had to take out private medical insurance for my TIE I started using the service of Centre Medic Sitges. I don't write reviews often but my experiences upset me so much it pushed me to do so. I am not going to go into details, just to say, generally unhelpful staff who don't seem happy in their chosen careers. I've since moved to the polyclinic where the service and general atmosphere are poles apart.

I hurt my wrist and needed an x-ray. I called ahead to make an appointment. I was admitted to see the doctor 10 minutes after I arrived, received an x-ray 5 minutes later, and saw the doctor again with the X-ray results 5 minutes after that. He wrote me a prescription for anti inflammatory medicine and a brace. The entire visit with the x-ray cost 85 euro. This was a great and easy experience.

Disaster! I don't know why you have a time booking system if the customer then has to wait endlessly. Don't go here, choose another doctor! Now waited 1 hour and 15 mins since my booked time and still waiting.

Excelent service. Helped us after waiting 2 minutes. Daughter had problem with ear infection. Speak good english!

The customer service is shocking. They let other customers go in front of you and don't respect appointments. Always overcrowded, long waitings and very noisy. Not ideal environment for a medical center. Go to Policlinic instead or even try Vilanova before going here. Centre Medic is worst than the seguridad social by miles.
