Mostly good, gave me the wrong return address for a form that needed a signature witness which meant the form was lost and I had to go through the hassle of finding a witness again. Asked me to send a settlement figure which they had already received from me and had acknowledged receipt. But on the whole much more efficient, faster and more communicative than the bank who I applied to borrow the money from.

Appalling service from start to finish. I have never experienced such a dire and unprofessional service than what I received from Central Trust. After a long process of almost a month and nearly 12 pieces of documents sent I received a decline based on their erroneous assumption that I wasn't living in my property. I offered to send various pieces of evidence to prove that I was living in the property but they would not accept this. Central Trust has caused me nothing but stress for the last month. Once I believed I had all documentation in order and the loan was ready to pay out they would then ask for further documentation. They changed the goalposts on several occasions to suit themselves. I would urge you to AVOID this company at all costs. I have referred the matter to the financial ombudsman to take this case further.
