Through a New York State initiative called the Delivery System Reform Incentive Plan (DSRIP) we're striving to integrate services, collaborate on patient care, improve regional healthcare quality and lower the costs of care over a five year period. CNYCC is the Performing Provider System (PPS) created to implement the (DSRIP) program in six Central New York counties: Cayuga, Madison, Lewis, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego.
